Refund policy

Please let us know within 14 days from purchase date if you want to discuss refunds or exchanges. After 14 days we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds are not issued due to change of mind.

Items to be returned must be unused, in same condition that you received & in original packaging. Once the item is received by our staff, we will assess & notify you if the refund / exchange is approved. The refund will be processed in 5-7 business days.

Note, all shipping costs for returned items to be exchanged are to be covered by the customer. SOAK will cover the cost if the item is faulty.
