At SOAK we love an intense HIIT session, a 'wish it would end already' spin class, run clubs, ab hurting pilates & even that painful but rewarding feeling 2 days after leg weights. We see sweating during & after exercise as a sign, a medal, our way of knowing we did something for our body & the endorphins.
